The Poll

In my line of work (personal training) it's often difficult to find cardio exercise that clients enjoy.  Please help by taking the poll and sharing your thoughts.  Also, feel free to comment, especially if you choose "other."

  1. My preferred cario exercise is the eliptical machine. It's easy on the knees and ankles.

  2. My preferred cardio is martial arts drills, since it gives me an intense cardio workout while at the same time utilizing and engaging many muscle groups, which develops core strength.

  3. I prefer to run, however running everyday can get boring real fast. To switch things up, I like to swim laps or ride a bike.

  4. I like using an eliptical machine that lets me use my arms and legs. I think it is made by Precore and has the name EFX or something.
